Free & Paid Shipping Options
We’re happy to offer free standard shipping (Economy, 0–5 lb) on all orders — no code needed. For faster delivery, customers may choose from upgraded options at checkout for an additional fee.

Once approved, you'll get a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. -
Prepare Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original box with all accessories

Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package

Ship the Package
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified by email.
