Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Free & Paid Shipping Options

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping (Economy, 0–5 lb) on all orders — no code needed. For faster delivery, customers may choose from upgraded options at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Processing

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM EST (New York time)

All orders are processed before shipment and include a production/handling phase.

Every shipment comes with tracking so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

 

 

 Refund & Return Policy

At Glamour Jewelry House, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process to ensure your peace of mind.


 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging

  • Include your order confirmation email or packing slip


 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us First
    Email Leevainc@gmail.com to begin your return request.

  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Once approved, you'll get a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Return

    • Pack the item securely in its original box with all accessories

    • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package

  4. Ship the Package
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift items


 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Leevainc@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly.


 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please complete a return and place a new order separately.
